Have You Received an Unclaimed Property Notice?

According to our records, you were issued a check by the City of Baltimore between July 1, 2021, and June 30, 2022, that was never cashed. As required by Maryland law, any unclaimed funds must be transferred to the State of Maryland.

Before we make this transfer, we are required to notify you. If you respond and confirm that you have not received or cashed the check, we can issue a replacement payment to your most recent address.

How to Claim Your Funds

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your signature

  • The last 4 digits of your Social Security Number or Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN)

  • Your current address (if different from the original record)
