Welcome to the Board of Estimates (BOE) Dashboard! This tool was developed as part of the Comptroller’s dedication to transparency and modernization, inspired by top recommendations from the 2021 transition plan. The BOE Dashboard is designed to make it easier for everyone—from residents to agencies—to follow how City funds are allocated and track City projects.

Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard is organized by calendar year and has two main sections to help you easily navigate City transactions:
Operating Tab: This section covers items funded by the general fund, grants that generate revenue, and items without funding needs, like memorandums of understanding, audits, and policies.
Capital Spending Tab: This section displays capital-funded submissions, mainly City projects costing over $50,000 and funded through City, State, federal, or other external sources. Smaller capital expenses, certain equipment purchases, and repairs below $100,000 are excluded here.
All Procurement Spending: This section shows all procurement spending, broken down by agency. (If the agency is blank that means there are multiple).
